Starting August 1, WIC services will be back in person and will no longer be auto-issuing WIC benefits due to the unwinding public health flexibilities during COVID-19. WIC benefits will instead be issued during WIC appointments that must be held in person at the Christian County Health Department. CCHD will no longer to be able to issue benefits over the phone or virtually and all WIC participants will be required to come to appointments to receive benefits. If you live in Christian county or Oak Grove and are a WIC participant, you should have received a postcard with your appointment date and time when your benefits are ready to be issued. If you did not receive a post card or need to make an appointment for WIC, call the following numbers:  if you live in Oak Grove/Ft Campbell, dial (270) 887-4160 Ext. 185. If you live in Hopkinsville/Christian County (not Oak Grove or Ft Campbell) call (270) 887-4160 Ext. 195.
