All individual sewage disposal systems must be permitted through the Christian County Health Department. Site evaluations are available at CCHD as well. After the application is completed, environmentalists from CCHD perform a soil evaluation to determine suitability and location for the sewage system.
This evaluation determines the design, type, and size of the sewage system. When applying for a site evaluation, please bring a copy of the plat or deed of the property.

Whole System Replacement
Completed forms (see forms and links page) and payment can be mailed to the Christian County Health Department at PO Box 647, Hopkinsville, KY 42241 or dropped off at the Christian County Health Department. Checks can be made to the Christian County Health Department.
