HANDS Specialist II, Family Support Worker II and Family Support Worker III: Responsible for initiating and maintaining support to HANDS parents at a fully proficient level. Displays an extensive knowledge base and ability to enhance parenting skill development while building on the existing strengths of the family. Empowers families to make their own decisions while remaining non-judgmental, flexible, and respecting the values of participating families.
