The CCHD provides complete physicals, pap tests, and mammograms for women 40-64 years of age who are no longer childbearing and have no insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. These services are based on a sliding scale fee according to income. Please bring proof of income when you visit.

We confidentially provide counseling, education, pregnancy testing, and birth control services. Complete physicals along with pap tests, screenings for STD's and additional labs can be provided.
Women Infants and Children (WIC)
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children - better known as the WIC Program - serves to safeguard the health of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating including breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals to health care.

We provide payment for prenatal services for women who are at or below 185% poverty level and have been denied Medicaid.
The Christian County Health department provides counseling services for any parent or family member who has experienced the loss of an infant or child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant/child death.
