DIABETES MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- Callie Wells, FNP is available to see uninsured patients for diabetes management.
PHYSICALS
- Employee physicals are available for adults who work for agencies contracted with the Health Department. Check with your employer to see if a contract is established with us.
PRENATAL SERVICES
- Provide the first prenatal visit for patients who wish to begin services here and have future visits with OB/GYN Associates
